A restorative practice for everyone

Natural Nidra is accessible to everyone, offering Yoga Nidra and NSDR as especially supportive practices for people who feel they “can’t meditate,” Neurodivergents, those experiencing anxiety, work‑related stress, or anyone in need of deep rest and simple guided relaxation. There’s no need for a perfect posture, total silence, or any previous experience — just a comfortable place to lie down and the willingness to be gently guided.
